RESEARCH FELLOWSHIPS: Center for Population Studies, National Heart, Lung, & Blood Institute, NIH, DHHS. Two Fellowship positions are available in epidemiology: Mentored research in cardiovascular disease and its risk factors, including genetics, using resources from NHLBI population studies. One position will be sited at NHLBI’s Jackson Heart Study, a study of African Americans in Mississippi and the other will be at NHLBI’s Framingham Heart Study (FHS) in Framingham, MA. Applicants must have board certification or eligibility in internal medicine and research experience or interest in epidemiology, biostatistics, human genetics, or a related discipline.
