Postdoctoral Research Fellowship in Cancer Epidemiology.
The newly formed Department of Epidemiology and Cancer Control at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital Cancer Center in Memphis invites applications for a cancer epidemiology postdoctoral research training program in Cancer Epidemiology and Prevention.
This 2-year position offers individualized research training in on-going research programs, including the option for those without formal epidemiology training to complete a Masters of Science in Epidemiology. Fellows will have the opportunity to conduct research leading to scientific publications with nationally recognized faculty members in etiology of childhood cancer, cancer survivorship, and international epidemiology of childhood cancers.
Requirements:
Applicants must hold a doctoral level degree (PhD, MD, ScD) at time of application. They should have excellent quantitative, written and verbal skills and evidence of research scholarship.
