Position Title: Postdoctoral Research Scholar

Position Description: The Iowa Registry for Congenital and Inherited Disorders in the Department of Epidemiology is seeking candidates to conduct research with the Muscular Dystrophy Surveillance, Tracking and Research Network (MD STARnet). The Iowa site of the MD STARnet is one of five state-based sites engaged in surveillance and epidemiologic research of Duchenne/Becker muscular dystrophy. Successful candidates will be expected to actively contribute to the collection and analysis of data collected by the MD STARnet sites. Candidates must have a PhD or MD with a strong background in epidemiology study design and analysis, demonstrated experience using SAS, as well as fluency in English.
