Responsibilities:
The HRQOL Surveillance Team and its public health partners have developed and validated a compact set of Healthy Days measures that describe and track the overall perceived physical and mental health of populations over time. • Development of a national, state, and local surveillance system for tracking HRQOL among U.S. residents.
• Development, validation, and refinement of HRQOL measures for use in tracking and prevention research at each stage of life.
• Identification of new opportunities around HRQOL intervention research, evaluation, and program development.
Requirements:
Applicants should have a Master’s of Public Health or other science or health-related master’s degree. Experience with analysis of one or more large datasets and primary authorship of a related peer-reviewed publication and/or doctoral dissertation are preferred.
