Post-doctoral position in Ecology of vector-borne diseases
Yale School of Public Health, Epidemiology of Microbial Diseases Division

A post-doctoral position is available in Department of Epidemiology and Public Health to participate in research on the ecology and epidemiology of vector-borne diseases. Involvement in one or more of the following projects is expected: Spatial modeling of Lyme disease risk in the US and of West Nile virus in Connecticut; role of birds as reservoir hosts for West Nile virus and Borrelia burgdorferi; links between biodiversity and human health. All these projects involve a combination of field, laboratory work, mapping and mathematical modeling.
