Description
The VA National Serious Mental Illness Treatment Research and Evaluation Center (SMITREC) and affiliated Department of Psychiatry Mental Health Services Outcomes and Translation (MHSOT) Division seek a full-time Postdoctoral Candidate to work within a mental health services research program to conduct healthcare and community-based studies and dissemination/implementation research, design clinical and services interventions, and/or conduct large prospective database studies related to clinical and policy-relevant outcomes and translational research. The position is for 2 years.

Requirements
Ideal candidates for this position have a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree in health services, health policy, sociology, epidemiology, psychology, economics, anthropology, or related field, a record of peer-reviewed publications, and experience and interest in one or more of the following fields: behavioral interventions, quality measurement/improvement, organizational behavior/operations research, clinical epidemiology, chronic disease management , sociology, health economics, anthropology, and/or health information technology.
