Loma Linda University Department of Nutrition is pleased to announce a new post-doctoral position available for the 2009/2010 academic year : The McLean Postdoctoral Fellowship in Environmental Nutrition . This is a two-year appointment of focused research and writing on the
interrelation among food, environment and public health . It is specifically designed to investigate the environmental impacts of food production, processing and distribution systems and consumption patterns. It carries a stipend of $40,000 per year.
