Description: Assistant Editor, BMC-series journals

BioMed Central Ltd, the open access publisher, is looking for Assistant
Editors to join the team responsible for the manuscript peer review process
on the BMC-series journals. These journals cover a wide range of life
science and clinical research areas. The key task is to provide a high
quality and objective peer review service through liaison with reviewers,
editorial boards and authors. Postgraduate experience in a relevant subject
is required and a background in bioinformatics, genomics, epidemiology,
public health, cancer, infectious disease, clinical medicine or
evolutionary biology would be a strong advantage. Excellent English
language, computer literacy, analytical and organizational skills are
essential.
