DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking investigators who have interest in epidemiological or genetics research in vascular diseases, diabetes, chronic lung diseases and/or obesity. Center investigators will have access to unique longitudinal data on clinical, pharmacy, lab, and medical claims measures on a very stable population residing in a 38-county region of Pennsylvania.

The successful candidate will have opportunities to participate in ongoing research and will be expected to have (or to establish), a collaboratively funded research program, working with multidisciplinary teams across different divisions within Geisinger. Applicants should have a doctorate (or equivalent degree) in epidemiology and a proven record of funded research and scholarship.
