Job Description:

The primary responsibilities of the position(s) are to develop an externally-funded research program (no specific area) that fall within and complement the area of social and behavioral sciences discipline, to advise/supervise MPH and PhD graduate students, and to assist with graduate and/or undergraduate teaching.

Qualifications: Candidates must have completed a PhD degree in public health, community health, health behavior, psychology or the social or behavioral sciences area; moreover, postdoctoral research training is preferred. Candidates must provide evidence of a productive publication history and previous and current external grant funding or grant submissions. The candidate’s research must be consistent with the goals of our School of Public Health. Previous teaching experience is preferred. The candidate must have high-level research skills a strong interest in close collaboration with the current faculty and a commitment to diversity in teaching, training students and research.
