INTERNATIONAL SURVEY RESEARCH SPECIALIST

MACRO is seeking an International Survey Research Specialist to support its Demographic and Health Research Division. This position will assist developing country institutions with data collection and analysis in the areas of reproductive health, nutrition, child survival and HIV/AIDS. 25%+ international travel commitment required.

Masters degree and prior survey experience in developing country setting(s) required. Strong quantitative skills, and fluent spoken and written English required. French/Spanish/other language a plus. Familiarity with statistical packages an asset.


SENIOR HEALTH SPECIALIST

MACRO is seeking a Senior Health Specialist to support an on-going international survey-based data collection and analysis program. 20% international travel commitment required.

MD, PhD, or MPH and 10+ years experience needed. Prior experience in international health programs, preferably with USAID or multinational organizations an asset. Strong quantitative/analytic skills and excellent writing capability required. Background in nutrition, HIV/AIDS, malaria or other infectious diseases a plus. Fluency in French or Spanish preferred.
