We are seeking associate or assistant provosts and academic administrators who share our commitment to excellence and wish to make a meaningful contribution in a fascinating cultural environment. You will work with a multi-national team, with primarily Western and U.S. faculty, focused on delivering a U.S. model of general education to our students. English is the language of business and instruction with systems and practices based on the U.S. education system.

The Requirements

We are seeking exceptionally qualified academic leaders with the following credentials:

An earned doctorate from an accredited institution.
A successful record of progressive academic administrative leadership and experience above the department chair level, such as management of fiscal, space and personnel resources, academic program review, research development, strategic planning, community relations, programs for student advising, recruitment, and retention.
An outstanding record of teaching, scholarship, and service commensurate with appointment as a full professor.
Successful experience in working with an ethnically and culturally diverse campus and university.
Demonstrated commitment to faculty governance, professional development, consultative processes and consensus building.
