Description
Position responsible for managing statewide Injury Prevention Programs at the Maryland Department of Health and Mental Hygiene. Duties include staff supervision, grant monitoring, budget management and planning, policy analysis, and statistical evaluation and analysis.

Requirements
Doctoral degree in the field of Public Health from an accredited college or university with a minimum of six graduate courses in Epidemiology and three graduate courses in Biostatistics, OR Possession of a Master’s degree in the field of Public Health from an accredited college or university with a minimum of three graduate courses in Epidemiology and one graduate course in Biostatistics. Three years of full-time experience, or its equivalent, as an epidemiologist subsequent to receipt of the Master’s degree. One year of supervisory experience preferred.
