Part Time M-F 8am -12

Supports Connecticut Children's Medical Center research mission by providing expert consulting services for investigators and members of the Research Department on clinical research design, statistical analysis and epidemiologic methods.

Master's level with at least 2 years experience in epidemiology, biostatistics, public health or related field. PhD preferred. Intermediate level or higher knowledge of biostatistics and/or statistical methods in epidemiology. Demonstrated knowledge of Research principles, methodologies, practices, and protocols. Knowledge of scientific concepts and theories in specialized areas, including epidemiology, biostatistics and program evaluation. Excellent writing and communication skills. Demonstrated proficiency in Windows environment (Word , Excel, Powerpoint). Demonstrated facility with statistical analysis software. Ability to collaborate with diverse groups: e.g., academic investigators, community-based organizations. Demonstrated ability to be self motivated and works independently.
